2. Use of Service
- Use Stampify only for legitimate business purposes
- Not abuse the system (e.g., fake stamps, spam accounts)
- Be responsible for your staff and how they use the system
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining access to your account
- You must provide accurate information (e.g., email)
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
4. Subscription & Payments
- Stampify is offered as a monthly subscription (e.g., ₱199/month)
- Payments may be made via GCash, bank transfer, or online payment
- Access is granted after payment confirmation
- Failure to pay may result in suspension of service
5. Refund Policy
- Payments are generally non-refundable
- Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis
6. Service Availability
- We aim to keep Stampify available at all times, but:
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Features may change or be updated at any time
7. Limitation of Liability
Stampify is provided “as is”. We are not liable for:
- Loss of revenue
- Business interruptions
- Data loss caused by misuse or external factors

- We may suspend or terminate accounts if terms are violated or abuse/fraud is detected
